Вы можете в любой момент попросить удалить данные, которые chatBot получил при переписке с вами в Instagram.

Как запросить удаление

  1. Напишите на instagrambotkamianchuk@gmail.com с темой «Удаление данных».
  2. Укажите ваш username в Instagram, с которого вы писали боту (или username в Telegram и имя бота, если писали в Telegram, ник в MAX и имя бота, если писали в MAX, или номер телефона и номер бизнеса, если писали в WhatsApp), чтобы мы нашли ваши данные.
  3. Мы удалим данные и подтвердим это ответным письмом в течение 30 дней.

Что будет удалено

Все данные, связанные с вашим аккаунтом Instagram, которые хранит бот: ваш Instagram-scoped ID, сообщения и связанные с ними записи. Копии переписки внутри самого Instagram (в вашем Direct) хранит Meta — их можно удалить в приложении Instagram.

Отключение доступа

Если вы входили в chatBot через Instagram, доступ приложения можно отозвать: Instagram → Настройки → «Приложения и сайты» → выберите chatBot → «Удалить».

You can ask us at any time to delete the data chatBot received while chatting with you on Instagram.

How to request deletion

  1. Email instagrambotkamianchuk@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion".
  2. Include the Instagram username you used to message the bot (or your Telegram username and the bot's name if you wrote on Telegram, your MAX nickname and the bot's name if you wrote on MAX, or your phone number and the business number if you wrote on WhatsApp) so we can find your data.
  3. We will delete the data and confirm by email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

All data linked to your Instagram account that the bot stores: your Instagram-scoped ID, messages, and related records. Copies of the conversation inside Instagram itself (in your Direct) are stored by Meta and can be deleted in the Instagram app.

Removing access

If you logged in to chatBot with Instagram, you can revoke its access: Instagram → Settings → "Apps and websites" → select chatBot → "Remove".
